You should calibrate first then debayer straight away to red. Then stack the individual reds.

A quick question on how to take Ha with OSC Qhy8. I suspect I am doing something wrong. Here are my steps

2. Dark, bias, flat corrected.

5. split R,B,G from stacked image and only use R.
I am not sure if i am doing something wrong in step 5. Should I rather keep the Synthetic Lum instead of discarding Green and blue? |
