My condolences Paul, our thoughts are with you and your family. I will be 33 this year and i could not imagine leaving this world so soon nor the affect it would have on my family. It makes one think how much time do we really have, and how quickly it passes.
I was never a huge fan of MJ, but it i still recall the first video song i saw and very likely the first english song i heard was MJ's Billy Jean. It was when i was still back in India and I must have been about 7 and visiting a cousin who had returned for holidays after migrating to Melbourne Australia. He showed me the video clip and i was fascinated. MJ could dance and sing and all in color (we only had a BW tv at home). I will always note that vivd memory and think of MJ as what he was best at Dancing and Singing, all the rest is not important. I am a big fan of Elvis Prestly (a result of when i came to aus i did not realise there was a FM band nor more than a few stations 2ch), i wondered why the kids in my class did not know the songs i was humming. I think the attention these great talented people get and the microscope the live under is far to much preassure. I am sad that again a life is cut short. I see the media circus is in full swing, but i am avoiding it.
