Thanks people.
I have a drive corrector with fast and slow buttons, and the mount is well polar aligned (I tweak it every so often if the star drifts in dec.) I can often go a few minutes before having to adjust the hand dec control. I get as comfy as possible and start guiding. Time passes slow though
Yep Striker looks good.
As Houghy mentioned theres a new greyhound track on the other side of Wallsend, with big floodlights, I hope they dont have Sat night meetings as thats when the Astro society has the viewing nights just up the hill.
