I guess that I should have been more explicit in that if you can control your mount using a planetarium program and an ASCOM driver then thats all the connections you need. The Alignmaster program uses the same connections/cabling to send the mount to the stars it requires. You need nothing else - such as a GPUSB cable for guiding.
