i have attached a couple of photo showing the general idea ive tried to use standard size materials the sides and base are flat ali plate water cut ,the axis are 75mm bright bar the bearings are sized to suit the idea was to make the thing in modules that could be broken down to move it but that idea has long since gone
the ot is a 16" star finder which i bought as a dob with the tube ive made a new cell for the mirror on the basis of berry's but ive used water cut ali plate
a bit of food for thought
