Here's a quick shot of the Full Moon from my deck this evening. The inset was testing my wife's little Cybershot compact camera for hand-held afocal shots. Not as sharp as my dSLR, but easier to fit the whole Moon in the field of view. The second image is my 7 year old son having a look at the Moon - another astronomer in the making
