I bought it about 6 months ago from eBay USA I just did a search on the site. I don't know the company offhand and my PC is not working right now and I am using my iPhone to type this. When I can I will check PayPal history to see if I can get his name.

The name of the company is NetDirect Distribution and they were selling through eBay and the price I paid was $66.98US Inc freight.
