Very tragic.
I remember seeing a little girl in England age 2 that had a similar event. She had ben playing on a slippery dip in a park in the care of her Aunt. She had a handbag around her shoulders. She slipped when climbing the steps and was hung by the handbag with her feet caught in the ladder. Unfortunately she wasnt seen for about 1 minute but this was long enough to kill her.
One of the saddest cases I ever witnessed in A & E.
Just an accident but ruined so many lives.
