As Doug has mentioned, the warranty is transferable to the new owner.
The warranty is valid till mid January 2010.
So there is plenty of time left on it.
Also, again as Doug has mentioned, Mono/LRGB imaging is very different to One Shot Color. There is more work involved to create some of the images as our fellow members here. This is why i and others have full respect to their work and time to delivering outstanding images.
