I have had a good look at my shots and others including NASA shots but cant see the extended arms on any.
its possible your camera is picking something up but it might also be an artifact , especially using DSS, I've had intermittent problems with DSS and often just selecting a different RAW setting (try bilinear) resolved the issue.
your tracking is spot on from the looks of it
