Jen,

Thank you, once again.

The lucky sods also have dark skies to complement their green land!

Troy,

Thanks, mate.

I could have stopped a zillion times whilst driving to image the falls on the sides of the road everywhere. I want to go back, as soon as possible, to do just that!

Trevor,

You're right -- as little as this cascade was, it was a very peaceful area, despite the cold!

Thanks, as always, for your thoughtful comments.

I really do like the effect within the water fall and stream that you have created but I also am quite taken with the beauty of the setting, within which the stream is set, it conveys a most peaceful and serene ambiance.

Most excellent work indeed.

Phil,

Thanks! With the little friend that I made on the morning, it just made the experience even more special. I only wish I had a little food or something to give the little fella. But, I think he was doing fine, finding grubs. I will post the images of him soon. I think he may have been a fantail.

Kerrie,

Thank you so much! I took several exposures of this scene, of differing lengths, and, in each exposure, the eddy was different. I settled on this one as it I think it was the most balanced with the rest of the scene and light.

Michael,

Thank you. I agree.
