Does final stacking not produce the autoasve.tif file that you can open?
What program is taking the fits images ?
Ive come across a problem with Nebulosity capturing images, where DSS failed to recognize them when loaded. I could process them in Nebulosity just the same but no longer in DSS.
I havnt worked out the problem as yet.
