I recently changed the red dot finder mount on my 4" refractor for a finder dovetail bracket from Andrews. The mounting hole centres for the two turned out to be close enough to the same that no redrilling was needed. Just remove the mounting bracket for the red dot and screw the finder one in place (you may even find the screws are the same length). Do it with the tube horizontal of course, dropped screws/tools and primary mirrors don't mix.
