Hi,

That would be an Extra Fine series, but no matter the diameter the truncated nominal thread height of a Metric 1.0mm male thread is 0.613mm and a female thread, 0.514mm (full height is 0.866mm) . We can work from there for a 90mm nominal diameter to get for a bore:

Bore size (equivalent to tap drill size) 88.917
Thread depth 0.514

If you stone a little radius on the tip of the thread cutting tool (good practice) this depth will be a tiny bit less. However with a thread this fine it can only be a slight radius, say 0.05.
