Frank,
A few questions:
1) What browser are you using?
2) Do other websites have the same problem? Try something like
www.cnn.com, or
www.ninemsn.com.au etc.
If you are using FireFox, does the problem happen when using IE?
Have you installed any add-ins like "noscript"?
As Mike has said, make sure that JavaScript is turned on in the browser, make sure that iceinspace.com.au is in the allowed/trusted sites list.
