Darrel, under 150Kb and no restriction on maximum width/height, however if you keep it to around 800-1024 pixels wide that will be optimum for most people.
Also if you upload the image using the
Advanced and
Manage Attachments option the image/s will appear in Mojo's excellent image viewer and will be thumbnailed at an appropriate size.
If you're looking for a simple image resizer that will operate from the explorer shell, either the XP image resizer powertoy or the VSO image resizer will work. The VSO version has the advantage of being vista compatible.
