I've been thinking about getting a DSLR for ages and finally took the plunge early this week. This is my first attempt at a Startrail that didn't get clouded out, from my suburban back yard in Melbourne.

I was all set with the laptop and everything for a 2 hour startrail, however the clouds started rolling in again. Still we need the rain.
