Saturn longest lived storm Nov 2007 July 2008

Hi All,

Have now been on IIS for 12 months and have learnt a lot about processing from Mike and Bird.

Just spent today reprocessing my data from the longest lived storm that has been observed on Saturn. This data was from April 19th 2008 and was very good data. Don't know if any of you remember the images that I posted at the time.

The storm was incredibly bright, easily visible even in the "B" channel but my processing technique had not been honed.

Here I have posted three RGB images and an animation. All of the avi files were run through Virtual Dub, ppmcentre, Registax V5 and Astra Image Pro.

Sorry about posting a repro but the results are so different that they might as well be new images.

Cheers
Trevor
