I know the problem, I had one (perhaps 2) fella(s) do the same, cleaned it out every month or so for a while, then (t)he(y) decided it was a good place to start a family. The WS sensors are now in the garage, despite several attempts with insecticide I've been unable to successfully evict.
On the positive side we've also had some much needed rain.
