My son is in the Army Cadets and will be in their full dress uniform marching with his unit and possibly supporting the veterans by being a flag bearer. There is history on both sides of the family, from WWII in the Australian Army and on the other side is the Coldstream Guards serving in the Palestinian conflict. But ANZAC day is not about war. It is about the sacrifice others have made so we can enjoy the life we have, the freedom, free of oppression and accusation.
