One interesting one I did forget about that should
be really included, is the truly great film ;
Forbidden Planet
(1956)
I cannot now look at the white 1st magnitude star Altair / Alpha Aquila without associating with this movie. Of course, being the leggy actress Anne Francis (legs right up to her neck) playing Altaira 'Alta' Morbius was particularly distracting in the 1950's. 
Walter Pigeon as her father was brilliant!
