Everything Mike has said plus...

...if a website crashes for some reason it only kills the one tab, other tabs remain unaffected (they are distinct processes on the PC). I've had this happen twice, when a flash object in the website has crashed it.

I often get crashes in IE (more often than Chrome) and I always lose all my tabs and windows of IE.

Screen realestate and speed are my top reasons for using it most of the time.

Once you've used Chrome, IE seems so cluttered, ugly and overly complicated.
