Bushwalking at Katandra

The family and I went bushwalking at Katandra Reserve (on the Central Coast, near Ourimbah/Lisarow) yesterday.

Was a nice day for it, warm and pleasant.. Turned out to be quite a walk though, about 1hr 45 minutes, right down into the valley and then (urk) back up again. The kids actually held up quite well, not *too* much whinging by the end of it.. The promise of Hungry Jacks for lunch after kept them going

1st shot: Daddy (me!) with Abbey on the backpack, ready for the trek!
2nd shot: Some bushes on the walk
3rd shot: Jacob and Eliza and a huge tree
4th shot: Very tiring for Abbey, she fell asleep on my back about 10 minutes from the end

Comments welcome.
