CentriSky

Hi Everyone
I would like to advise of a new program called CentriSky that has Bulls Eye and Crosshair style grids that can be sized to fit over any imaging window which can also be rotated with variable speed control of rotation.

The transparency can also be adjusted to suit brightness of object and also features N S E W compass points situated at the end of the crosshair arms that can also be adjusted to suit orientation and also features a built in timer.

The program only suits Window Vista at this stage and works very well and does work on some versions of XP but further testing is being looked at for a more stable (screen flickers) operation.

I realize that other crosshair programs are available but what makes this software a little on the special side is that it has been produced by a 12 year old named John in the USA and has also designed the Website and Operation Manual.

The Website is at http://centrisky.worldmoss.com/ and are offering a full trial working version good for ten (10) uses with a chance to purchase after that for $10 USD which is around $14 AUD and feel is value for money for the features on offer.

This is a very nice program and very user friendly and has been a great aid when doing polar alignment and for putting the star /object in the centre of the imaging window.

Well worth the Vist

Regards
Dave
