Newbie - Southern skies wide field
My first photo, no fancy equipment here. No telescope, no guiding, no DSLR, no fancy focus, just a 2 yr old 7MP Ricoh R5 compact on a static tripod pointing at a broad general point in the sky.
16 frames, 200 ISO, 8 sec subs (max camera can do), stack and processed with DSS.
Can't wait to get a decent camera for this stuff.
