Takahashi Astrograph (E160) - SOLD

I am considering selling my Takahashi E160 Astrograph.

This is an exceptional photographic scope with very fast f3.3 focal ratio wiith fully corrected flat field capable of covering medium format. What I am is offering is the following:
- OTA only (160mm aperture, 530mm focal length, f3.3 focal ratio) - circa 1995.
- Custom Mamiya back that provides an image circle of 54mm.
- 2 x Canon EOS T adapters to suit the scope.

I've had several images made with this very scope published in magazines like sky and telescope, eg.

and to give you an idea of how it performs on an APS frame this is a single 90 second exposure made with a modded 300D (with a nearly full moon I might add!):

Heres the Orion nebula with 16.5 minutes of total exposure:

The scope is in good condition (there are a few chips and bumps from use but nothing serious) and is optically clean. I'm considering selling it as I no longer use it much as my comet search program takes up all of my astronomy time. It has been sitting in my study with a sheet over it for the past year or so, so hopefully somebody else can get some use out of it!

I would like $3000 for this scope. PM me if you are interested.
