Why do we need to keep literally millions of lights on all night in city office blocks and other places where they aren't really necessary?
Instead of turning them off once a year, wouldn't it make more sense (and a huge difference) if we turned them off every night? I turn my lights off each night when I go to bed, so what's the difference?
I know there are cleaners working in some offices at night but only for a couple of hours, not all night long and not on every floor at once.
