Nice disk shot.

This is the reason I have not been doing any imaging of the sun. It is just too quiet and I could not be bothered with small prominences. I anticipate that the new cycle will be rocking along nicely by March next year. It is usually 13 months to solar minimum from the first spot. That means we are now entering solar minimum. Many people thought and have stated that we had solar minimum last year; when in fact we are now just entering it. It takes another 12 months from solar minimum to start seeing increased activity. So hang in there, Solar maximum is coming. It might not be as high as previous cycles but it should be reasonably active.
