There is an interesting site on Saturn I found while roaming at

It allows you to determine the positions of the moons at any particular time.
The date and time you gave confirms your findings (allowing for the tilt in your diagram).
Apparently you can download the program as a standalone executable file.
I have a Mac so I can't test it.
