I've been so caught up with imaging that I haven't actually used my (cheap and nasty) eyepieces much. I was out west for work recently and with the Moon close to full, thought I'd have a bit of a look with my eyes instead of camera sensor. ED100 scope with 4.5mm eyepiece - I was surprised to see Saturn's rings and what I strongly suspected were several moons so clearly (I'm a noobie). So thought I'd record the date and time, do a bit of a sketch of what I thought I saw, and when I get back home check to see if what I sketched was accurate enough to id the moons. I think it was
