I know when I first joined the forum one of the gentlemen you speak of was a regular contributor. As a newbie way back then I always found his posts to be very concise, well written, informative and above all friendly.
Obviously something has upset him/them. Maybe one day he/they will come back and continue to share their knowledge and skills to encourage and nurture more people to this wonderful hobby.
