When you're in safe mode, turn off 'auto reboot on blue screen' by doing the following:
Start Buttom --> Control Panel --> System --> Advanced tab --> In the 'Startup and Recovery' section, click 'Settings' button --> Under 'System Failure' section, untick 'Automatically Restart' -- Click OK twice to get out of the System area of Control panel.
Now reboot into normal mode and if you see a blue screen with white writing, write everything down (you can ignore the hex, stuff that looks like 0x6A 0x7B etc) and post here.
Very likely flaky hardware or a driver issue.
