Now reboot into normal mode and if you see a blue screen with white writing, write everything down (you can ignore the hex, stuff that looks like 0x6A 0x7B etc) and post here.

Very likely flaky hardware or a driver issue.

A roblem has been detected & windows has been shut down blah blah ....

MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS

check to make sure new hardware or software is properly installed etc etc.....
