not necessarily. I didn't pay any tax, - in fact I got a refund from an overpayment the previous year. And we still got the payment.
Only problem was it didn't say exactly how it was made up, so it's quite tricky to breakdown.
But I'm not too worried as, with three kids, we got close to $4k, so my only real problem is what to get with it.
Quite a nice problem to have actually
