UPDATE :
Ok, so this was ordered last Wednesday for next day delivery, and its still not here, i called up the post office sorting office, who seemed to use suspicious overtones, that suggests to me that they think i am telling porkies.
and all this, still no item, and more importantly ... no apology.
apparently they are lodging an investigation ....
