Focal length becomes a drug with DSO imaging. Its a challenge, hit and miss depending on the conditions, though 1200mm is hardly "deep space" material. No such thing a freezing the seeing in a 20 min sub! Once you get a taste of the good stuff, it opens up many incredible imaging opportunities...Your image Marc, shows good qualities. Does not look overdone, though a bit hard to tell with such a small image. Keep at it.
