Another Lunar Halo

I just saw Dennis's awesome image of the Halo.

Here is mine from the same night. This was an incredible phenomenon to see. Although I'm told they're not rare, I've never seen a 22-degree halo before.

It was really bright and visible for several hours. I was imaging the moon for another project when the halo first appeared at about 8:30 and I was still getting phone calls about it after 1am but I just pulled the covers tighter over my head

One of the interesting things about this one was that the cloud patterns within the ring kept changing over time. Compare mine to Dennis's and the internal cloud pattern is dramatically different. Mine was taken at 9:20.

It caused the most phone calls I've ever gotten about something happening in the sky, which is refreshing
