Kudos to Paul Mayo's Star Atlas Pro software it makes finding these obscure things possible. I print a chart of each object, with a large, and small scale chart on each page. I will even tack on a small DSS image so I know what it should look like
In this case Lo13 was so faint I couldnt even see it on the camera LCD screen, I had to stack and process the images before I was even sure I'd got it
