Your Eta shot shows some coma in the corners. The MPCC may have an exact metal back distance where it supposed to be set. I am not sure how it is fixed but it may be something you can check.
There is some colour noise in the M83 shot. This is common with galaxies even with mono cameras as they are dim.
Noise Ninja is very handy for that. There is a free trial and it is a very useful tool.
