I have already commented on this image elsewhere but after careful examination and consideration I think it may even fall in the category as a contender for the best single frame amateur image ever done?
I know you are a dust man but this region has everything and is exactly why it was the subject of my last image too. When I compare our efforts with similar equipment, it is obvious that exposure and really dark skies rule
Now don't be one of those high end imagers who just post ball crushing images but never reply to the efforts of others, OK?????

Incidentally everyone, Tom was one of the lucky ones who actually recieved a good ASA astrograph
