OK rushed home this afternoon, got it out and then realised - i need 1.25" EP's. i went pale - i knew i had some - just where, LOL i haven't used an eyepiece in years to observe through. well i found a 40mm one (better than nothing. just using the the 40 (OK need to find the others) i was pleasantly surprised - i couldn't see any prominences but i was able to get some surface detail. Very promising
