One of the 1st charts I ever used and I still like to use it when I go observing. Great list of naked eye, binoc and telescope objects updated montly.
The other publication which I can't recommend highy enough is "Astronomy Australia 2009" by quasar publishing. It's about $25 and it's great, has charts and a month by month guide about what to keep your eye out for.
