Yes. Same here (on all points
).
I haven't done any processing yet (I'm a bit tight on for peak broadband allowance at the moment so it has to wait until probably a Sat or Sun morning
) but I have worked through the tutorial. I have to say I'm not sure I can distinguish a boxy bulge from a domed one based on their examples...
