I'm sorry if my comment about scope comparisons made anyone feel uncomfortable or feel as though I was directing at them.
Truth is, my comment was not directed at anyone, and is certainly not a criticism of anyone here. It was a general off-hand comment about how scope-envy (as natural as it is) can make people feel uncomfortable about posting what equipment they've got etc, because it's not as "good" or "expensive" as others.
I was simply pointing out that the scope for you is the one that fits your budget and lifestyle. I'm sure we all want the same thing - more people in this great hobby of astronomy!
