, thanks for the link. Reading that the ir cut on the nikon seems to be a big problem. That article refers to a ccd chip on the d70, with some terrible thermal noise and amp glow, any one herd how the new cmos on the d90 is going, and this pre processing is another problem. So far the cons are outweighing the pro's
