Regardless of CA in colour pics, and maybe some loss of resolution on B&W pics due to the CA, an achro of f/7 or greater (esp' in the f/8-f/15 class) can take some pretty fine piccies. There's nothing wrong with them....I'd be inclined to use them for B&W pics but there are scripts and such to remove CA, mostly, from pics. I think they're a great piece of kit.
