Hi,
thanks everyone for the feedback,
Mike, the raw FIT doesn't get much better with every type
of deconvolve/sharpen/ Umask I throw at it....so failing that
I can still :
1. Simply take more frames on a night of good seeing.
2. Be a bit more fussy over the 'handpicking' of frames.
3. turn on PEC
4. All 3
Another big contributor is the stability of the GEM platform.
If I can use 200 from 300 frames in a stack and get this sort
of resolution( keeping in mind I am imaging at 1500 FL),
that's gotta be saying something about how good I'm tracking.
I'm not using autoguiding here.
