Astroplanner here Troy. Took me a few hours to start getting somewhere, but includes some nice database functions and FREE!
Programming in horizon limitations for my backyards was a worthwhile exercise too. You might be able to connect straight up to your GOTO if you've got PC/mount link sorted.
Can easily sort columns of selected database by magnitude, RA, Dec, whether viewed before, and all sorts of user configurable fields.
