I've known of Berry's book for a long while, and keeps its value as 2'nd hand copy.
It is those hybrid designs that I'm looking to exploit.
I've uploaded some more pics of my dob. It continues to wow me when I get the chance to take it bush.
The black disk behind the secondary blocks stray light and stays in place with velcro. It is removed for storage inside the mirror box.
The idea for its design came from 'Making and enjoying telescopes' by Robert Miller & Kenneth Wilson, 1995.
