I agree with Gary. I use one at 1800mm focal length for monitoring variable stars. It has a very nice linear response and is very sensitive. This gives me about 1.6 arcsecs/pixel. Great for stars or small objects with a long focal length.
Not as good at short focal lengths as it will undersample.
