Moon Phases
Here are some of the Moon Phases I have taken over the last Months.
I have taken them with Meade 4500 ( 4.5 inch Newt. ) and a small Digital Camera ( Canon IXUS70 ) using the AFOCAL method through an 18mm ED eyepiece.
Due to the size and portablility of the scope, its been easy to pick it up and move it around very quickly, and enabled me to image the Moon for many nights in a row.
I got some very detailed shots some nights, and some not so good. But I thought it'd be worthy of a post to show what can be done with very basic Equipment, and a great deal of enthusiasm.
